• Sainsbury’s Queen Street, Cardiff. On behalf of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited, Fletcher Morgan advised on site acquisition, development alternatives, marketing, letting and investment sale.

• Ty Glas Retail Park, Cardiff, 66,500 sq.ft. purpose built retail park. Fletcher Morgan acquired the site on behalf of clients and agreed pre-lets to key occupiers and advised on the subsequent Investment sale.

• Valegate Retail Park, Cardiff, non-food retail and warehouse park of 90,000 sq.ft. Fletcher Morgan recommended change of use and dealt with lettings.

• Atlantic Wharf Leisure Village, Cardiff. The first Multiplex Leisure Development located in Cardiff Bay where Fletcher Morgan advised clients in the acquisition of the site and subsequently retained to deal with the lettings.

• Blackwood Retail Park, 80,000 sq.ft. of Open A1 Retail. Investment was acquired on behalf of clients advising on surrender of larger units, subdivision and reletting.

• UGC Megaplex, Cardiff, comprising 85,000 sq.ft. Cinema, 40,000 sq.ft. of café bars, restaurants and leisure. Fletcher Morgan advised on the marketing and letting of the leisure units.

• Ty Pont Hearn, Cardiff, 23 storey landmark development of 650 student beds and 297 space multi storey car park. Fletcher Morgan acted as development consultants and co-ordinated pre-sale of accommodation and pre-let of car park.
