Cardiff based chartered surveying practice Fletcher Morgan has been named Wales and South West of England's leading commercial property agent for a record 4th time.

After scooping the prestigious Estates Gazette Award for top Welsh commercial agent in 2005, 2006 and 2008, the firm has returned to winning ways by being named leading commercial agent for a new category which not only includes Wales but the South West of England too.

It is the second award for Fletcher Morgan this year, following a presentation in Cardiff at which Estates Gazette presented the firm with a prize for the ninth consecutive year for being Wales' most active agency. It was based on the total number of commercial property deals completed over the past 12 months.
