Law firm secures approval for Cardiff move

January 15, 2021

The Cardiff office of a multinational law firm has secured approval to establish a new base in the city centre.

Ince Gordon Dadds is currently located in offices on Charles Street, but with that premises lined up for redevelopment, a move to a mid-terrace property on the same road is in the pipeline.

Approval has now been granted for a change of use application relating to 33 Charles Street, a property incorporating about 3,700 sq ft of space which was last occupied by a private language school.

The approval paves the way for the law firm to relocate about 15 staff.

GP Jones prepared the planning documentation for the application.

Fletcher Morgan acted on behalf of Ince Gordon Dadds and Savills on behalf of the Landlord.
