Hat trick of new occupiers land at Castle View Centre, Caerphilly

On behalf of the Landlords, Fletcher Morgan and Savills have secured three new occupiers at Castle View Shopping Centre, Caerphilly.

Greggs, Dominos Pizza and Esquires Coffee join existing occupiers such as Tesco, Subway and Poundstretcher.

Richard Ryan stated ‘The addition of three new occupiers broadens the appeal of the scheme to shoppers and will not only increase customer dwell times but also draws customers to the centre throughout the day.”

Alex Kalebic stated “Securing these retailers for Castle View shows the resilience and attraction of well-located retail schemes which successfully serve the local catchment. These operators will be a great addition to the scheme.”

Dominos were represented by Calan Retail, Esquires by Rawstron Johnson and Greggs by Cooke & Arkwright.

Cardiff Gate Offices Sold

An office building on Cardiff Gate International Business Park has changed hands. Cedar House is a self-contained, two-storey building providing more than 3,600 sq ft of office space. It has been acquired by private investors advised by Oscar Clarke Consultants. Fletcher Morgan acted on behalf of a private client selling the freehold.

Rhys Knight of Fletcher Morgan said: "We had a number of parties interested in Cedar House despite the concerns of Brexit, there is still demand for good quality, out of town office buildings at Cardiff Gate International Business Park.

Cardiff Gate Business Park Letting completed

Fletcher Morgan acting on behalf of TAND Advisory Corporation have completed the letting to Henstaff Construction of 1st Floor Unit E Copse Walk, Cardiff Gate Business Park.  Cooke & Arkwright acted on behalf of the Tenant.
